I would show the cumulative GPA and, if you'd like, the business GPA as well, but I would call it a concentration as you've taken enough courses to consider it a concetration as opposed to a standard 3-5 class minor. That said, you can also highlight your relevant coursework and just list the cumulative GPA - a 3.5 is solid, so you don't NEED to list any other GPA.

I read your section on minor GPAs, and the line about only "3 or 4" classes caught my attention. In fact, my business minor required me to take 10 classes, the same number I had to take for my Psychology major. The thing is, I I took almost all of the business classes after my psychology work was completed, much closer to my graduation date. Also, as it turns out I was much better as a business student and as a result am much more interested in looking for a 'businessy' job than something more related to psych.

Because of those circumstances, I'm wondering if It's fair to show just my 3.5 cumulative GPA and my 3.8 business minor GPA since the later is both more relevant to the jobs I'll be applying for and also a more recent reflection of the quality of my work than is my 3.3 psychology major GPA.

Again, 10 classes for both the psych major and business minor, but almost all of the business classes are more recent.

What do you think?

Good point and that is true - Dean's List is not synonymous with 4.0

Well, I think at CarolineV's institution 4.0 might not be the highest you can go. Otherwise,a 3.999 would be practically impossible; moreover, few schools require perfection to make the Dean's List.

If a company requires a 3.0 or above in order to be considered for a position and I have a 2..997 can I round to 3.0? Is it possible they will want to see my college transcripts. I feel very qualified for the position and do not want to have my credentials disregards based on 0.003 deviation from their standard.
