Assuming you mean candidates going for associate positions after B school, then yes, it is definitely relevant. The technical questions in the guide will provide a foundation, but based on your areas of study, you could definitely be expected to know more. The fit questions are definitely applicable, and will definitely prepare you for your banking interviews whether applying for analyst or associate positions.
