Thank you very much for the comment – I’m sure it is on other people’s minds as well. To your question, I don’t have a set policy regarding refunds as it hasn’t ever come up. That said, I am by no means opposed to giving refunds provided there is a valid reason for the request. I am absolutely for giving my supporters what they expect of the site and what they deserve in terms of a quality product and excellent service.
